Fascination for Toastmasters : It is a human laboratory where he learns and absorbs the various ways in engaging the audience. To repay what he learned in toastmasters, he shares the methods learned from other performing arts like dance, theatre and movies to with toastmasters. He has gone further by putting toastmasters in other platforms like theatre and short film by translating their toastmasters experience into actors, directors and producers. He is also a silent coach for Toastmasters District champions aspiring for world class from around the world.
Greatest satisfaction in Toastmasters : To give free five-minute standing seminars in foot paths, lobbies, corridors and men’s toilets to shy toastmasters.
Personal mission : To encourage Malaysians to be on the path of learning all the time.
Loghan @Loghandran is a performance improvement consultant with a training and development background. As a world award winner he is sought Internationally as a Training consultant, Business Communication expert, Keynote Speaker, Producer, Director, Actor and playwright of 24 English Theatre plays. Coach in Public Speaking, sales, and customer service. When he is serious, this former Vice President of a leading local bank, conducts training programmes in the serious subject of finance based on his three decades of experience in the banking industry.He is the author of 2 books in Banking and one each in Public speaking and Coaching.
His latest foray is in a one year research project to write an inspirational screenplay, direct and produce it. Loghandran has conducted training programmes in USA, Canada, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Thailand and Indonesia.
